Standard Clean
Living room, dining room, entryway, are included in every clean as well as bedrooms, and baths. Vacuuming and/or mopping of stairs are also included, along with kitchen and laundry room
Dusting/polishing of all furniture
Lamps and lamp shades, tops of surfaces, table sides and legs, nick knacks and pictures (including ceiling fan and light fixtures)
Cleaning of bathrooms
Disinfect sinks, counter top, toilet, tub/shower (including washing surround walls), light switches and dust light fixtures(including towel bar and toilet paper holder), empty waste baskets, vacuum/sweeping and mopping of floors (including baseboards)
Cleaning of Kitchen
Inside and out of microwave, top and fronts of refrigerator, outside of stove/oven, disinfect sinks and counter tops, washing of back splash, light fixtures and light switches, empty waste basket, and vacuuming/sweeping and mopping of floors
Cleaning of Bedrooms
Dusting as stated, making of beds (change linen if provided), vacuuming/sweeping and mopping of hard surface, polish mirrors
Deep Clean
Everything listed in Standard Clean is included in Deep Cleanings plus the following:
Vacuum all crevice areas, and washing of crown molding, door frames, baseboards, window sills, window coverings, all outside of cabinets (kitchen, baths, and laundry room), all light switches and doorknobs, inside/outside of refrigerator, inside/outside of stove/oven (includes drip pans).
